Shipping and returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. I would appreciate if you provide me the reason for the return. Please contact me by email before sending item back. Items should be sent in unused condition and in original packaging.

Shipping charges and possible fees when the item is shipped back are responsibility of the costumer and are not refundable.

Sale Items and Custom Orders are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange.

In any case, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, at first – please contact me! I promise that we’ll always do my best to resolve matters.

I am able to ship anywhere in the world!

I ship items out as fast as I can, at the latest 72 hours after receiving payment. Sometimes it takes more time to ship, for example, if the item is custom made or because of bank holidays, in these cases this may be stretched up to 4 or 5 days.

Usually the shipping times are about 7 to 14 days in EU, and 14 to 30 days for rest of the world. Sometimes shipping time is more than 4 weeks because of specific country’s customs or holidays. If the items is not received in 4-5 weeks, please contact me, I will try to search for it with the tracking number or through the postal service. I am not responsible for delayed shipping times.

I will inform you about the shipping costs after you have entered your address in the shopping cart. Shipping cost includes packaging, handling and postal cost.

If you wish to upgrade the shipping of your package with an insurance service, please let us know before buying.

Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees! For example import costs like tax.
